Street Munchies is coming to Los Angeles
A new iPhone app for finding ice cream trucks, food stands and street food caterers near you, built for LA's street vendors and the people who love them.

Street food is the best food in Los Angeles. The problem has always been finding it. The ice cream truck plays its song two blocks over, the elote cart turns the corner before you get your shoes on, and the taco stand you loved last week isn't where you remember.
Street Munchies fixes that. It's a free iPhone app that shows you street food near you, right now.
Three ways to find food
- Ice cream trucks and moving carts. See which trucks are live on the map, ask one to come to your street, and turn on alerts so you hear when a truck is within 2 miles of home.
- Food stands. Taco stands, parked food trucks and street stalls that are open now, with menus, prices and closing times.
- Catering. Book a taquero, a BBQ pit, an elote cart or a churro stand for your next party, quinceañera or office lunch.
Built with vendors
Street vendors are small businesses, and Street Munchies is built to help them grow. Vendors sign up in the app, tell us what they serve and how they sell, and go live once they're approved. Moving vendors share their location only while they're working, and stands set their spot once.
If you run an ice cream truck, a cart, a stand or a catering business in LA, see how selling on Street Munchies works.
